Shipping

Whenever possible we use USPS Priority mail. The Post Office states that within the Us you will get your purchase within 3 days and outside of the country it takes about 2 weeks. They are  pretty good at this and they send you an email when they ship.

The other items are shipped Parcel Post or media mail. These take about 2 weeks.

We accept Rocket Phonics kit returns within 90 days of purchase (the day you placed your order). You need not call or explain although explanations are helpful in improving our product. We try to make returns easier than buying. The kit should arrive in salable condition, so please pack well to prevent damage during shipment. Please include a copy of your receipt or packing slip so we know who to refund.
